Accreditations & Certifications
BS EN 1090-2: 2018 – Execution Class 3 Certified
RJW Metalworks is fully certified to BS EN 1090-2: 2018, Execution Class 3. This certification allows us to fabricate structural steel components for buildings and civil engineering works requiring a high level of performance, traceability, and quality control.

CE & UKCA Marking Compliance
All of our fabricated structural steelwork is supplied with CE or UKCA marking in accordance with BS EN 1090. This ensures legal compliance for products used in permanent construction within the UK and EU.
We provide:
- Declaration of Performance (DoP)
- Material traceability
- Weld procedure documentation
Internal Quality Assurance & Warranty
To reinforce our formal certifications, RJW Metalworks applies strict internal QA procedures throughout all fabrication processes.
Key QA processes include:
- Material batch control and inspection
- Weld inspections and NDT where required
- Dimensional checks and finishing assessments
- Project-specific documentation packs available on request
We also offer a 2-year warranty on all steelwork against defects in materials and workmanship.
Design Standards & Engineering Software
Our drawing office operates with Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, enabling us to produce fully detailed fabrication drawings and structural layouts.
